Getting you up to spec
First time using a RED camera? Don’t fret! As skilled operators of all things crimson, we can give you a quick, hands-on crash course — usually around a couple hours — on how to operate and get the most out of the equipment you hire from us, so that YOU can undertake YOUR shoot with CONFIDENCE, and deliver the project YOU envisaged!
On-site phone support
Not only can we help you hone your skills in the equipment you’re hiring from us, but we also offer ON-SITE PHONE SUPPORT throughout your shoot, so should you have any questions regarding the equipment whilst on location, you can give us a call at ANY time — morning, noon and night — and we’ll do our BEST to help you out.
Delivering the kit to you
And to top it all off, if you’re not able to collect the kit from us, and can’t return it after your shoot, we may be able to personally courier the kit to you, and collect it from you when your shoot has wrapped. Just send us your dates, and the address the kit is to be delivered to, then we’ll get back to you lickety split!
